  I have never been happier with a dentist. I will start out by saying, I have dental insurance and it isn't very good. I am allowed to use 2 dentists in the area. Dr Kates and Comfort Dental. I went to comfort dental, and they insisted I needed 4 teeth removed, several fillings, multiple root canals, etc.... AFTER insurance, quoted me something like $4k... I'm not even joking (and they ONLY do intravenous anesthesia, so there is a great deal of the cost.) Needless to say, I didn't go back. I started calling people off my network to see where I could get the ONE tooth that was bothering me extracted for less than $1k. After MANY recommendations, I came to Fairfield Dental, who has over 850 reviews elsewhere, almost all positive. I called, told them my problem, and I scheduled what I thought was going to be my preliminary, meet the Dr, get my X-ray and reschedule" appointment. They gave me an emergency appointment the same week. I walked in, same day they did a single small X-ray of the one tooth, gave me the Novocain, and removed my tooth. Same day, all within about 45 minutes total. COMPLETE relief! Now, onto my future appointments. Remember how Comfort Dental wanted to pull 5 teeth? all but 2 are getting fillings. Fairfield Dental SAVED 3 teeth they wanted to pull. NO root canals.
