- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place has horrible customer !!!, my son was involved in an accident at school. I called frantic and the receptionist told me to bring him, we arrive, only for no one to be there. I called the emergency line left a message and no one returned my phone call. Obviously we went elsewhere but I'm upset at the lack of compassion and empathy from the staff. I called this morning to inquire on why I was advised to come to a closed office and why I did not receive a return phone call. Their response was " well we've always closed early on Wednesdays", no apology, no how's your son, NOTHING!! Then they lied and said they called me and left a voicemail!!! Until this moment I had no issues with this practice but after this experience I am done!! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!February 08, 2017by Tracy SMITH
