  I was very disappointed today. My 84 year old mom was not seen today because of his policy in which I did not know that if you are 7 minutes late you would have to reschedule. Well, When he called in sick last week I had to reschedule for my mom which was today and he couldn't see her. My moms steps are shorter and he couldn't see her. 9 minutes late we were and he couldn't see her. Wow!! I took half a day off work. I live on Fairfield drive. Mom stays in Cantonment. (You know, a lot can happen between Fairfield and Cantonment.) I got half way to Ensley last week on my way to pick her up for the original appt when my sister text me and said The receptionist called and said, he was sick and would not be in today and wanted me to reschedule for my mom which was today but today just blew my mind. The receptionist claimed he was booked(Dr.Thiele) there was only one patient in the lobby. Wow!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED and Mom was DEVASTATED!!! She was even trying to plea with him. The receptionist by that time had closed the window. I said mama just come on!! Hallelujah Anyhow!!! Remember you gotta get old too one day!!
