  This is the office my insurance recommend to me. I went there and the nurse at the front had a bit of an attitude. She took my ID and told me to have a seat and the Dr. will call me in. I said, "ok, may I have my ID back?" She rolled her eyes and said, "No you may not I will give it back to you when your appointment is over." Never have I been to a Dr's office that held my ID for the entire appointment. Usually they just make a quick copy and give it back. I explained to the Dr. that I had cysts on my jaw that were causing me discomfort and I wanted to get them removed as soon as possible. He told me he would write a referral to a dermatologist. I go back to the front to get my ID and referral and the nurse told me they will not give me the actual referral, instead they will call the dermatologist they want me to go to and set an appointment for me and that dermatologist will call me to inform me when that is. Again, I've never been to an office that does this. My last doctor would just type up referrals for me and I can take it to whatever dermatologist I choose. That appointment was a week and a half ago and I still haven't received a call from them or a dermatologist. That whole appointment was a complete waste of my time and I will be calling my insurance to find me a new doctor.

  My whole family sees Dr. Dunn! He is awesome! Always available for emergencies, last minute uterus appointments too he is friendly and takes the time to listen. Recommend him highly!
