- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Update: the owner debbie game me a call (very nice lady) and assured me she would solve the problem. I like how cheap they are with my policy so hopefully things change for the better. Im on my last month of my policy and i dont think i will renew simply because there customer sevice sucks. Every time i call to make a payment im either put on hold or im simply hung up on i have never be able to call and simply make a payment.
