  Can't even give them 1 star, but I HAD to in order to comment. This is the worse experience(s) I've ever had at a doctor! I went to 4 different appointments, early every time, only to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment to be seen. Walked out of appointment # 4 today after waiting nearly an hour and even after eexplaining to them that I had a mandatory meeting to attend at 9. There by 805 and STILL not seen at 855! And all I was there for was the results of my MRI. I've been hurt and in pain for 5 weeks now and still is know nothing. I called 6 or 7 times asking them to call me back as I needed my records sent to another Dr, as I was called on the 19th and advised that the earliest they could see me to give me the results was today 11/02.....not 1 of my calls was returned. These people have ZERO respect for their patients time, yet will charge you for being late and make you reschedule. I will be speaking to a friend to see where we as patients stand legally. Sadly, I'm betting we're screwed. But we can share with others and it's up to them to beware....oddly enough I've been able to find a 1/2 dozen people who had had terrible experiences and refused to return. Funny thing is I called a very reputable Ortho office today, they returned my call same day AND scheduled my consult for next Tuesday......pay attention, crack staff at P'cola Ortho, THIS is how you treat an injured person. You haven't heard the last from me....
