  I have 10 pets all of whom are rescues that have had trust issues. It was VERY important to me to find a veterinarian that would not only be knowledgeable about my pets physical health needs but also their emotional fragility. Dr. Ernest and his staff at Gull Point have been an important part of all my pets physical and emotional recovery. I would recommend them to all people who love their pets and regard them as part of the family.

  We chose Dr. Ernest and Gull Point Animal Clinic after reading the many amazing reviews left by his clients. He is, hands down, the best vet we have ever dealt with in 11 years of living in different states owning our boxer and doberman. We have owned Doberman Pinschers for many years. We did our research looking for a vet that was experienced in the art of ear cropping. Needless to say there are none left locally and in the surrounding areas, which is a shame. I was able to speak with Dr. Ernest on the phone before we brought our puppies in for their first visit. He was so informative and made me feel at ease with the whole process. He truly looks at ear cropping as an art and not many vets are left like that. Most importantly his number one focus is our pets comfort and seeing the process of aftercare all the way to the end and it being a good experience. We took them in for their shots and ear consultation. I can't stress how much Dr. Ernest pays attention to detail and evaluates each dog individually. He has many methods to post ears afterwards depending on your dog's needs. The surgeries went quickly, smoothly, and our happy babies were back home with us the same day. The staff called the day after each surgery to check on them. Dr. Ernest and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and that your pet is loved. He also has the option of home visits for various reasons. We were looking for a vet that would come out to our home when it is time for our older dogs to be put down. It is a smaller clinic, which I love. Some clinics in the area are so big that you feel like a number in there. They can't remember your dog's name or just don't feel personal at all. We just transferred our other two dogs records to Gull Point after not being pleased with the care provided. We will stay with Dr. Ernest for many years to come. HIGHLY recommend them!
