- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been with suntrust for 8 years now. The most recent incident was being told I could not exchange a damaged bill here. It is clearly a $20 bill, and has 90% of the note still there. On top of that, I have had to close accounts due to fraud multiple times, and each time was a waiting game to receive my funds back. Don't trust at all.March 13, 2017by Kendall Register
